142nd Ave Milling and Repaving will be done in stages.
Stage 1 - 142nd Ave closed from US 131 East to Division St.
Stage 2 -  142nd Ave from US 131 West to 18th St with flag person (US 131 West to 14th St will be done at night).
Stage 3 - 142nd Ave from 18th St West to 21st St with flag person.
